6th Annual Maple Shade Splashdown Event!
Thank you for joining us at the 6th Maple Shade Splashdown Event and thank you to all of our wonderful patients! To show our appreciation we invite our patients and their families to a fun night at the Splashdown Water Park in East Peoria.
The party includes competitions and prizes for the biggest splash, best dive, most pushups and best belly flop. Our dedicated staff were on hand serving double duty as judges.
The event and door prizes are all free as a way to thank our loyal and amazing patients!
