Maple Shade Dental Group will be a CIGNA PPO provider as of 12/1/09. With major businesses like Caterpillar transferring to CIGNA insurance, we want to  ensure that our current and future patients receive the best benefits possible.  We are also a PPO provider with Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  We are currently a premier provider for Delta Dental, and Mutual Medical insurance providers. We will submit most insurance claims and will work with you to provide for your families dental needs.  Maple Shade is located in the North Peoria, Dunlap area, as well as in East Peoria, IL.  Don’t forget to check for unused benefits before the end of the year!
